Where We Work
Help REACH Africa (HERA) works across several counties in Kenya to strengthen health systems, empower communities, and improve access to essential health services. Through partnerships with national and county governments, local organizations, and community leaders, HERA implements programs that address critical health and development challenges.
Our initiatives focus on improving maternal and child health, supporting adolescents and young people, strengthening HIV prevention programs, and advancing research that informs better health policies and services. By working closely with local communities and institutions, we ensure that programs are sustainable and responsive to the needs of the populations we serve.
HERA currently implements programs and partnerships in the following counties: Nairobi, Machakos, Makueni, Kiambu, Kisumu, Siaya, Mombasa, Busia, Kajiado
We collaborate with county governments, healthcare providers, community leaders, and local organizations to design and implement programs that strengthen healthcare delivery and empower communities to lead sustainable change.
