Help REACH Africa (HERA) is a Kenyan non-profit organization founded in 2009 and legally registered with a locally instituted Board and dedicated staff. The name REACH represents the principles that guide our work - Rights, Empowerment, Advancement, Care and Health. Through these pillars, HERA implements programs that strengthen health systems, empower communities and improve access to essential services across Kenya. We work closely with national and county governments, development partners, local organizations and communities to design sustainable solutions that improve lives and promote self-reliance.

HERA focuses on addressing some of the most pressing health and development challenges facing communities today. Our work spans maternal and child health, HIV prevention, adolescent and youth reproductive health, non-communicable diseases and health systems strengthening. By working with government institutions, health facilities, community leaders and implementing partners, we support initiatives that expand access to care, strengthen service delivery and improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Through advocacy, research and community engagement, HERA contributes to lasting change and sustainable development.
